Basic Coffee Cake Dough
12 Egg Yolks
1 cup soft unsalted butter
Follow recipe for basic coffee cake dough, reducing milk to 1/2 cup. Substitute 12 yolks and 1 cup butter for amounts of eggs and butter given in recipe.
Makes 2 large cakes.
